WalkWag service terms.
The basic terms for using the WalkWag website, app, and public booking service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Your business and client information
You are responsible for the services, prices, availability, client and dog information, and other content you add to WalkWag. You must have permission to use that information and must comply with the laws and professional obligations that apply to your dog-walking business.
Bookings and payments
WalkWag provides tools for bookings, records, reminders, and payment collection. The dog walker—not WalkWag—provides the walking service and is responsible for cancellations, service quality, disputes, refunds, taxes, and any agreement with the client. Card payments are processed by Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe’s terms.
Product information
We may improve or change features as the service develops. We will explain applicable pricing before a paid subscription starts and give reasonable notice of material changes where required.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or submit information that you do not have permission to provide.
Ownership
The WalkWag name, identity, website, and product materials belong to Donn Labs Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce them as another product or service.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep WalkWag reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable and should not be relied on as an emergency service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Last updated 23 July 2026. These launch terms should be reviewed alongside your final commercial, insurance, and legal setup before paid subscriptions open.
